Existing dining room window and wall to be demolished and create sitting room to connect to the extension at the back.
Remove existing galvanised steel double carport and replace with brick veneer double garage. The number of carapaces remain unchanged.
All façade and roofing materials are proposed to match existing to read as one single building.
