The site is rectangular in shape and orientated east-west with a frontage of 16.76m and a depth of 43.28m. The overall site area is sufficient for 2 large townhouse developments.
Two Existing Crossovers
The excisting crossover on the North is currently not used, but gives a very good foundation for the site to be reactivated with an additional residency.
Abutting Activity Centre Zone (ACZ) with increasing subdivisions and apartment building developments in the area, set a good precedence for our duplex project.
